RSC Charleroi signed Jon Flanagan

Former Liverpool english right-back Jon Flanagan agreed to continue his career in Belgium at RSC Charleroi.The 27-year old player who signed a-year deal with Jupiler League side,spent the last two seasons at Rangers.
